If you do not know your current password, please contact our phone support at 1-866-BLUEFROG (1-866-258-3376). Password information cannot be released via e-mail or the Internet.

If you know your current password, please log into My Account and complete the following steps:

Please complete the following to change your E-mail password:

1. Please log in using the username and password for the primary account.
2. Click on Services and then select the e-mail address you wish to change the password for.
3. Enter your Password.
4. Click on the Save Changes.

Please complete the following to change your password for My Account access:

1. Enter your Current and New My Account Password under the heading marked MY ACCOUNT SIGN IN PASSWORD CHANGE. Type in the new password one more time under RETYPE NEW MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD.
2. Click on Save All Changes.

Please complete the following to change your Dial Up password:

1. Click on Services and then select the account listed under Dial/Accel/News .
2. Enter your new Password.
3. Click on the Save Changes.
